I received a copy of One Simple Change to review in exchange for this post. All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.
Holistic health and natural health expert, Winnie Abramson, proves it’s the small changes that can matter most. In One Simple Change, she presents fifty tips for better living ranging from diet to exercise, stress to leaving a smaller footprint. Abramson doesn’t miss a thing! This book is a quick read and made very SIMPLE with short chapters, so it’s very easy to pick up and set down if you are pressed for time.
This book was inspired by many years of failed diets for Abramson and realizing that diets weren’t the answer, but that transforming health and life WERE the answers. Abramson’s fifty changes in the book were meant to make one change a week for a year. Take your time as change does not happen overnight.
As mentioned, this easy read even has educational snippets to read on the side margins, quick reviews at the end of the chapters and recipes to try.
I personally enjoyed this down to earth book. Being a little health nut myself, I was in agreement with many changes presented. The book also brought home the realization that we are not all perfect in our eating, exercising, and also in our lifestyle, but each and every day is new to make changes.
If you are looking to make some healthier, positive changes in your life, take a serious look at this book.
