Parenting Tips to Get Your Kids to Eat More Fruits and Veggies with Chef Donatella Arpaia {Interview}

 Donatella Arpaia

According to guidelines released by the CDC last year, children between 2 -18 years old were not eating the recommended amount of vegetables. While kids were eating more fruit than before, it still isn’t enough as only children ages 2 – 5 were getting the recommended amount of fruit.

With these statistics on our minds and school soon approaching, moms are looking for quick, safe and nutritious back to school lunch tips.

Join me in a recent interview with Celebrity Chef, Donatella Arpaia (head judge on the Food Network’s popular Iron Chef American and Next Iron Chef) as she shares busy parenting tips on how to get kids to eat more fruits and veggies this school year.

Here are some of the tough questions Donatella answered in our exclusive interview:

*Why does it seem so hard to get our kids to eat the healthy things that we know are best for them?

*What are some ways to sneak extra veggies in during dinner?

*How can we still prepare healthy meals despite our hectic mornings/evenings?

Here is the complete interview to answer all of these questions and more to get your school year off to a healthier start. Link link below:
