Believe it or not, dogs get bullied too! Meet Muttley the dog in the new illustrated children’s book, Monday at Jelly Roll Dog Park, {by Jennifer Schreiber} who is part Husky, part Dachshund, half Collie, half Chihuahua…his Nana was a Great Dane and Toy Poodle mix and his Papa had a little Boxer, Pomeranian and Irish Setter. As you can see, Muttley was a perfect blend and a proud Minnesota Mutt from the pound. Until, he met the regulars who came to Jelly Roll Dog Park and ostracized him because he isn’t a purebred like them. While Muttley is unsure what to do with his new problem, he soon meets the dog park guardian angel, Daisy Mae, the bulldog, who helps Muttley overcome being bullied and rise above to earn the respect he longs from the other dogs.

Monday at Jelly Roll Dog Park can be purchased at Amazon, Barnes & Nobles and anywhere books are sold. Get your copy today!
